The Emulator function is used to check properties of the buttons or the screens configured on
UIPC Editor, from your PC without sending data to UX3500. Operational status of devices can also
be tested by simply connecting to UC3500 via USB.
IV. Test & Transmission

Upon saving data which was been processed on UIPC Editor, click or Ctrl + M or the
button to execute Emulator.

Check if data works properly once Emulator is executed. During the test, check the LCD
screen configuration and the external hard buttons also.

Connect UX3500 to a PC via USB.
2. Test for Device Operation
② Execute Emulator to test each of the buttons. Property of each button is delivered to UX3500
via USB so as to enable Actions.
③ If every thing works correctly, send data to UX3500.
※ Emulator saves time as it instantly enables verification of device operations and screen
configurations without sending data to UX3500.
※ The bigger the data, the longer it takes to send from the PC to UX3500.
