PROBLEM SOLUTION
The Blue Evolution powers ON
after plugging into the electrical
outlet and then turns OFF
This is normal:
Ø Push the ON/OFF Button on the console to power ON the Blue
Evolution
Does not turn power up when the
ON button is pushed:
The Blue Evolution should be the ONLY appliance plugged into the
electrical outlet:
Ø Check the fuse box for tripped circuit breaker
Ø Extension Cord must meet the following requirements:
v 12 gauge / 15AMP minimum rating
v 25 ft. max length
Alarm is activated
during warm-up
The Blue Evolution has pumped all the water from the reservoir tanks into
the boiler:
Ø Refill the steam reservoir tank
Ø
Push the ON/OFF button on the console to restart the pump
Alarm is activated
during use
The Blue Evolution is out of water:
Ø
Refill tanks
Ø Push the ON/OFF button to reset the Blue Evolution
No vacuum suction
alarm will activate
The collection tank is dirty or full of water:
Ø Empty and clean
Ø Refill with water to the green fill line
No Vacuum Suction
No alarm
Ø Check hose for foreign objects or dirt
Ø Collection tank lid is attached correctly and

Attach the lid to the tank before installing
v Lid must sit flush on the collection tank and in the locked into
position
Ø Check and replace the filter as needed
No steam when squeezing trigger
Ø Is the temperature on the console ≥330
℉
?
Ø Check the hose connection
Ø Is the trigger safety lock engaged?
No water is released
during extraction
Check the spray nozzle for mineral build up
Ø Descale as needed to remove
Error Codes
01 – Refill steam tank
02 – Refill extraction tank
03 – Boiler did not refill
04 – Vacuum collection tank is full
05 - Descale boiler 06 – Replace UVC lamp
07 – Boiler overheated
08 - Replace anti-scaling filter
10 – Service Required
12 – Boiler too hot for de-scaling

Troubleshooting
ERROR CAUSE REMEDY
Aspiration is turned off, an acoustic
signal is heard and error E04 is dis-
played. Filter bowl full Empty the filter bowl and refill with
tap water up to the Max. fill level.
Fluff, fibres or hair in the filter bowl Empty the filter bowl, clean out the
hair and fluff and refill with tap water
up to the Max. fill level
Foam in the filter bowl Empty the filter bowl and refill with
tap water up to the Max. fill level.
Tip: To minimise foam build-up, add
3 drops of non-acidic oil (e.g.: sew-
ing machine or light vegetable oil) to
the filter bowl
There is little or no steam and no
hot water Limescale in hot water modul Perform “Hot water descaling”
(Service/Maintenance – Part 1)
Steam very wet Limescale in boiler and probe cap Perform “Boiler descaling” (Service/
Maintenance – Part 2)
Hot water is switched on Briefly press button (T4) on the
handle or button (C) on the display
There is no hot water Hot water not switched on Briefly press button (C) on the dis-
play and then button (T4) on the
handle
Reservoir tank (P) is empty Fill reservoir tank (P) hot water with
clear tap water
Suction is not working Filter bowl not in position Re-insert filter bowl. Important: the
lug on the cover must sit in the gui-
de on the appliance
Not switched on on the display Press briefly on button (B) on the
display; suction can then be swit-
ched on using button (T3) on the
handle
No suction Polyester filter dirty (optional) Wash with plenty of warm water
and neutral detergent. If damaged
replace it.
Foreign body or dirt in the hose or
accessory
Check hose and accessory and
clean as required
Strange noises while suction Polyester filter (optional) dirty or
