1. Do one of the following:
Windows Vista Users:
A. Click Windows Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs

B. Select the PC card or PCI adapter, then click Uninstall .
Windows XP Users:

2. When the computer completes the uninstallation, turn off the computer and
physically remove the modem from the computer.
