want on and set S13 to the total of the
values in the Value column. For example,
ATS13=20 enables bit 2 (value = 4) and bit
4 (value = 16). Or use ATS
r.b=0 (OFF) or 1
(ON). For example, ATS13.0=1 .3=1 turns
on bits 0 and 3. To turn a bit off, set that
bit to zero, as in ATS13.3=0.
