NOTE: The entrance module and guard door switchboard 
station must be configured for TYPE 1. 
The entrance module may be programmed for 
UNRESTRICTED DOOR LOCK RELEASE (step 5 = 0) or for 
DOOR LOCK RELEASE PROTECTED BY PRIVACY 
FEATURE (step 5 = 1).

NOTE: Power supply unit Ref. 826/25 can supply one 
entrance module and a maximum of 20 decoders. Additional 
power supply units must be installed if further decoders are 
needed. In this case, power supply unit cond 24 must 
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be connected together: each 
must supply a separate group of four-port decoders (up to 30).

The guard door switchboard station must be supplied by 
means of its own power supply unit.

INSTRUCTIONS: In Day service, guard door switchboard 
station intercepts all calls from the video entrance module.
The switchboard attendant uses the station handset to 
establish voice communication with the visitor, and the video 
doorphone to view the visitor.
Apartment station video doorphones use the • key to call the 
switchboard, and the XXX key to release electric door locks.
To disable call interception, connect entrance module terminal 
+ 24 to switchboard station te24N instead of riser 
cable power supply unit te24. Under these conditions, 
calls from the entrance module will not cause the guard door 
switchboard station to ring during Day service (entrance door 
open at all times).
For systems of this kind, no video doorphone is installed at 
the guard door station.
