Please contact the dealer or the professional installer that originally installed your product. If the product was installed by yourself, do the following:
Service & Repair
In the event that warranty service or repair is required during the warranty period
Make a copy of your Warranty Certificate and sales receipt. Warranty Certificate can be obtained from www.unavi-usa.com or request a copy via by e-mail to [email protected]. The
sales receipt must be from the location where you purchased your product and must include the name and address of the business where you purchased the product. Invoices, credit card
statements, or sales receipts from an online payment service company will not be accepted.
E-mail Unavi’s Customer Service at [email protected] with the problem you are having with the product and request a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. Once approved, your
RA # will be sent to you via email. Mark this number on the top right corner of the previous page. You are responsible for shipment of product to Unavi.

Retain any accessories/hardware components not relating to the repairs.
Please send it well packed and write your RA # on the outside of the shipping package. Packages that are not marked with the RA # will be refused. It is advisable to use a secure method
of transit that is traceable, such as UPS or FedEX.
UNAVI cannot take responsibility for goods not received.
Returning the Defective Product :
The return must take place within 10 days after you receive the replacement product. You may do this by ground mail, and
provide the tracking number to UNAVI by e-mail or phone. If in any case the return does not occur within these 10 days, you will be charged as having purchased
the replacement product.
Refund Method :
Your refund will be in the same form as the original payment from the seller.
Country of Origin :
The item must be exchanged or returned in the country in which it was originally purchased. Using USA or Canada models overseas is at your
own risk and may void your warranty.
Coverage of Damage Costs :
If a vehicle must be towed due to a UNAVI product defect, we will cover all towing and/or rental car charges (car must be of similar
class to your car with receipt) until the exchange occurs. If it is revealed later that your vehicle defect was not due to a defect of our product, you will be held respo-
nsible for claiming all fees.
