EXTENDED hITCh

With blade extensions installed and when the 

MAXIMUS disk is working at extreme angles, 

the disk blades may come in contact with the 

tractor rear tires. If the disk must be used in 

this  configuration,  the  extended  hitch  and  mast 

link weldment is recommended. This hitch is 4" 

longer than the standard hitch. However, since it 

moves the disk 4" farther away from the tractor, 

it will also increase the load on the tractor lift 

system and may require additional ballasting on 

the tractor. See your tractor operator's manual 

or consult your dealer for lift capacity of your 

tractor and proper ballasting procedures.
