SAFETY NOTICES

When using your electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the
points listed below. Read the manual before using.

To reduce the risk of electric shock:

• Do not use while bathing or in a shower. Never take it with your hands wet.
• The appliance is not suitable for cleaning under an open water tap except the detachable blade part

or Comb Guide (4). If you clean the detachable parts under tap water, dry them immediately after
cleaning.

• Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Do not immerse the

appliance into water or other liquid. 

• Except when charging, always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after

using and charging.

• Unplug this appliance before cleaning.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock or injury to persons:

1. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, or near children or challenged

persons.

2. Use this appliance only for its intended use, as described in this manual. Do not use attachments

not recommended by the manufacturer.

3. Never drop or insert any object into any opening on this appliance.
4. Battery may be self-discharging. Charge the clipper before using it for the first time or when it has

not been in use for long-time, the Inner Blade (2, 3) might not operate or might have no rotating
power operating.

5. Do not charge the clipper if the room temperature is below 0° C or above 40° C, the rate of charge

for battery may be lowered, and it can effect on the battery’s life.

6. Do not place or charge the clipper where it will be near or close to any heat source or exposed to

the direct sunlight.

7. When charging, push down the Switch (5), otherwise the appliance will not be charged.
