If you see following error signs showing on the display, please try the recommended action.
Display Possible Cause Recommended action
The connection part of the
Android board and U3
mainboard is loose.
Check and reconnect the
loose part of the U3
mainboard or Android board.
Cable became loose during
transport.
Check and reconnect the
loose cables of Android
board.
Cable quality problem
Change the cable after
checking the connection
between Android board and
U3 mainboard.
Android board or U3
mainboard is faulty.
Reboot the game after
checking connection and
cable problem, if the problem
remains unresolved, please
call the service department
for assistance.
Ticket jam Remove jammed tickets.
Out of ticket Refill with tickets.
Loose connection of the
ticket dispenser
Check and reconnect the
loose cables to the ticket
dispenser.
Ticket dispenser is faulty. Change the ticket dispenser.
Out of ticket. Refill ticket
Left small ball releasing
hole sensor is faulty.
Replace sensor.
Motor is faulty.
Replace motor.
Motor fuse is broken.
