Name of Signal
Meaning of Signal
Request flag 1 response
After Setting value was written into Exclusive data area, Input signal is ON, while
confirmed Request flag 1 Output signal went OFF, it goes OFF.
Request flag 2 response
After Command was written into General purpose data area, Input signal is ON, while
confirmed Request flag 2 Output signal went OFF, it goes OFF.
R/W response
When Request flag 2 response signal goes ON, the R/W response signal goes the same
status as R/W Output signal.
CPU normal operation
The signal is reversed between ON and OFF at approx. 1 second interval in Normal
operation.
Measurement
WORK0 to 3 response
WORK comparing by F372A/F377A is indicated. (4bit: 0 to 15)
Decimal place 0 to 2
Decimal place is indicated. (3bit: 0 to 4)
HH
ON signal output according to comparison condition of HH.
HI
ON signal output according to comparison condition of HI.
OK
ON signal output while all comparison conditions (HH, HI, LO and LL) are OFF.
LO
ON signal output according to comparison condition of LO.
LL
ON signal output according to comparison condition of LL.
Near zero
ON signal output while Indicated value
