Replacing the spring in the gas valve group
To replace the spring in the gas valve group,proceed as follows:

Carefully twist the protection cap 1 and the O-ring 2.

remove the “set value” spring 3 from housing 4.

Replace spring 3.

Carefully insert the new “set value” spring. Pay attention to mount properly. First insert the spring part with smaller diameter in the
housing.

Place O-ring 2 in protective cap 1. Screw in the protective cap with the O-ring in it.
Stick the adhesive label for spring identification on the type plate.
Removing the combustion head

Remove the cover

Slide the photoresistance out of its housing.

Unscrew the

screws that block the gas collector

, loosen the three joints

and remove the ass.y as shown on the following picture.

Clean the combustion head by means fo a vacuum cleaner; scrape off the scale by means fo a metallic brush.
Note:
to remount the burner, floow the same procedure in the reversed order.

Light oil filter maintenance
For correct and proper servicing, proceed as follows:
1
cutoff the required pipe section;
2
unscrew the filter cup;
3
remove the filtering cartridge, wash it with gasoline; if necessary, replace it; check the tightening
O-rings and replace them if necessary;
4
replace the cup and restore the pipe line.
