Conducting calls – with multiple users
Transferring a call
Transferring a call means that you wish to hand over a call you are conducting
on your handset to another user.
Transferring (without announcing the call transfer)

You can use this function to forward a call you answered to another user.
Press the display key.

Enter the phone number of the user to whom the call is to be transferred. The
current call is placed "on hold", so that the first user waits.

The number is dialled.

Press the On-hook key. The target user's phone rings. He picks up the call by
lifting the handset.
You receive a recall:
If the required user does not answer for some time after the transfer.

You can use this function to forward a call you answered to another user.

waits.

Enter the phone number of the user to whom the call is to be transferred.

The number is dialled. The user answers. You announce the call presently on
hold.

Press the On-hook key. The user takes the call.
Toggling (switching between calls)
The Toggle function allows you to switch between two users without allowing
them to speak to each other directly. The two users can be either external or in-
ternal users. You can also withdraw from the calls and connect the two users
with each other. You can also start a conference.

You are conducting a call.
Press the display key. The current call is placed "on hold", the user waits.

Enter the phone number of the second user.

The second user answers.
Press the display key to switch between the two calls.
When you terminate the call, both parties are connected to one another.
