Message functions

Opening an incoming text message

An advisory message appears and the message key flashes when one or more
text messages have been received for you. The date and time of incoming text
messages are based on your communication system’s clock.

Press the "message list" key.

Call the additional menu.

Press the on-hook key several times to end the operation.

Answering a message or voice-mail
message

An advisory message appears and the message key flashes when one or more
information messages or voice mails have been received for you.

Viewing a new message
