1. Press in on the notch and slide the battery

cover down and off.

2. Insert the new batteries, matching correct

polarity (+, -).

3. Replace the battery cover, by sliding it into

place.

4. Use an AC adaptor to connect the power

jack on the base to a regular indoor (240V

AC) power outlet.

Charge the Battery

Charge handsets completely (about 15 hours) before using. To charge the hand-

set, you should place it on the base or charger. When you place the handset on

the base or charger the handset automatically turns on.
