Adding the Phone book Entries

1. Press the

MENU/R

key.

2. Press the

key, to choose

Phonebook

, then press the

MENU/R

key.

3. Press the

MENU/R

key to choose

Add Entry

.

4. The display shows “

Name?

”. Enter the name you want to use, then press the

MENU/R

key to confirm. The display then shows, “

Number?

”. Enter the desired number (up

to 20 digits), then press the

MENU/R

key.

5. Use the or

key to select the ring tone you like to associate with that par-

ticular number and press the

MENU/R

key to confirm.

If you want to set a VIP number, you should select a special ring tone for it. The

ring tone should be different from the external ring tone that you have set. You

can set upto 9 VIP ring tones to associate with 9 VIP numbers/groups.

If you make a mistake while entering a name or number, use the

key to cor-

rect it. Each time you press the key, the last character or digit is erased.
