W A R R A N T Y D U R A T I O N . T h is W arranty shall term inate and be of n o further effect T w o (2) years
after the date of original purchase o f the Produ ct or at the time the Produ ct is (a) dam aged or not
m aintained as reasonable and necessary, (b) m odified, (c) im p roperly installed, (d) is repaired b y
som eone other than W arranter for a defect or m alfunction covered b y this W arranty, or (e) used in a
m anner or purpose for w h ic h the Product was not intended.
P A R T S C O V E R E D . T h is W arranty covers all com p o n e n ts of the Products.
S T A T E M E N T O F R E M E D Y . In the event that the P rodu ct does not c o n fo rm to this W arranty at any
time w hile this W arranty is effective, W arrantor will repair the defect and return it to y o u prepaid,
w ith ou t charge for parts, service, o r a n y other costs m eurred b y W arrantor or its représentatives in
co n nection w ith the perform ance o f this W arranty. In addition, if the Prod u ct con tains a defect or
m alfu n c tion w hich is n ot repaired after a reasonable num ber o f attem pts b y W arrantor to repair the
Product, the Prod u ct or defective com p o n e n t will, at y o u r élection, either be replaced w ith o u t charge
or the purchase price fo r the P rodu ct will be refunded w hen the defective Prod u ct is delivered to
W arrantor free and elear o f ail liens and encum brances. Please note that w hile the Produ ct w ill be
remedied under this W arranty w ith o u t charge.
