Internal Call
Whenever the phone is in standby, you can make an internal call
between two handsets without using the phone line.

Follow these steps:
make an internal call

1. Press
INTERCOM
.
2. Select the handset you want to talk with (or
ALL HANDSETS
to page all handsets at once).

INTERCOM

.
answer an internal
call page
Press
TALK/FLASH
.
leave an internal call Press
END
.

If an outside call comes in during an internal call, the phone
sounds a call waiting tone. Press
END
to leave the internal call, and
then press
TALK/FLASH
to answer the external call.
USING SPECIAL FEATURES
Using the Alarm Feature
You can set an alarm on each handset so your phone can remind you of
important events. You need to set the date and time before using the
alarm feature.

1. With the phone in standby, open the menu.
2. Select
CLOCK & ALARM

OFF
.
3. If you select
ONCE
or
DAILY
, the handset prompts you to set the time
you want the alarm to ring. Use the number keys to enter the time.
Then use
UP
and
DOWN
to select
AM
or
PM
. When you're finished,
press
MENU/OK
.

the screen.
