3) Insert the neoprene washer around the instrument connector, taking care to position

the screw holes correctly. Make sure the washer is not kinked or twisted.

4) Attach the stainless steel bottom plate. Align the notch in the plate with the stainless

steel strap. Screw in the two screws. Caution: only do up finger tight, DO NOT use an
electric screwdriver.
