Remove the main cover. The fuses are arranged as
shown in Fig. 12.

Check the hydraulic cylinder(s), the
piston for damage noises and leaks. x
Check the hydraulic connections for
damage and leaks. x
Check the hydraulic oil level, top up
if necessary. x
Refill hydraulic oil (12 months or
1500 operating hours) x
Check and adjust the function of the
pressure valve (0+10%) x
Mechanical system
Check for deformation and cracks x
Check the chassis for deformation
and cracks. x
Check that all screws are tight. x
Check the push rods for deformation
and damage. x
Check gearbox for unusual noises
and noises. x
Check the wheels for deformation
and damage. x
Check and lubricate the headset
bearing if necessary. x
Check and lubricate the pivot points
if necessary. x
Lubricate grease nipple x
Electrical system
Check electrical wiring for damage. x
Check electrical connections and
terminals. x
Check function of emergency stop
switch x
Check the drive motor for noises
and damage. x
Test the display. x
Check that the correct fuses are
used. x
