The bulbs thermostats can be identified by labels stickers
fixed on the respective capillaries; Therefore, during any
maintenance, pay attention that the labels will not be torn
A) Place the bulb of the thermostat operation (Te), the bulb
of Max thermostat,(Tmax), the bult of the Min. Thermostat
(Tsc) and and the bulb of the thermometer in the central
cockpit
B) Place the bulb of the safety thermostat (Ts) in the right
side cockpit.
c) Fix the support racket of the fan outlet (pos.1) to left side
of the mantle using the 3 screws, supplied with the
product, and tighten the screw (pos.2) on the fume
chamber.
Mount on the racket the outlet fan (pos.3)
D) Connect the fan plug to the outlet (part.3)
E) Make the electrical connections of the loads and of the
line as the diagrams in Chapters 3.12 e 3.13.
Close the instrument panel
Pay attention that the wires do not come in contact with
the smoke chamber. During operation, this reaches high
temperatures
.

The solid fuel thermal generators are installed with the
security provided by the laws in force.
For this purpose, AIREX boilers are equipped with a
safety exchanger.
A) Connect the temperature relief valve (pos. 1) and insert
the probe into its sump (pos.2)
The temperature relief valve may be mounted either on
the right or on the left provided that its probe can be
inserted into the sump.
It is recommended to convey the discharge.
Remember that the solid fuel boiler, due to the thermal
inertia of the fuel, temperature relief valve installation is
required.
