Fit the microswitch onto its support and adjust the pushing
washer axially in order to allow the microswitch to be regularly
controlled when the upper loading door is closed.
Check that the by-pass disk is perfectly closed when the door
is closed and the boiler in operation.
It is possible to verify this by simulating the closing of the upper
door and observing, from the inside of the fire box, if there are
any spaces.
If necessary, adjust the length of the by-pass shaft, acting on
the front threaded shaft.
Otherwise, adjust the length of the by-pass rod by acting on
the threaded bar front
.
- Hook the left side panel to the boiler body (pos. 1).
- Hook the right side panel (pos. 2) to the boiler body
- Assembling (on the round) the instrument panel to the
cover mantle (pos. 3, 4, 5, e 6).
- Fix to the top panel the rear profile support cable ties,
pos. 7.
- Open the instrument panel by acting with a screwdriver
on the two side screws.
- Lift the cover posteriorly by rotating it forward.
Insert all the capillaries of the thermostats unroll carefully,
the connecting cable of the fan (output), The microswitch
cable opening door (input) and the cable connection to the
power line (output) by the two rectangular holes on the base
of the instrument panel

Place the mantle cover on the boiler addressing the ends
of the capillaries toward the rear of the boiler.
- Fix the boiler technical data plate and, only for the model
< 35KW, the FAN LOCAL RULES plate on the right side
of the mantle after you have cleaned and degreased with
a suitable solvent the affected area.
Remove the bracket from plates and apply by sticking
perfectly
Do not remove the label because it would affect the
adhesion.
