Loosen and remove screwed plug pos. 904. Catch the oil in a container.
Unscrew brake chamber (bottom part) pos. 124 from brake chamber (top part) pos. 125. If
necessary replace O-ring pos. 403/3.
Loosen cap nut pos. 927/2 and remove with gasket pos. 402. Unscrew adjusting pin pos.
251/2 from guide piece pos. 255 by turning it to the left. If necessary replace O-ring pos.
403/5.
By holding up of the valve spindle pos. 205 (in the exit area of the valve) loosen
connection piece limit switch pos. 246 and remove it with lock washer pos. 905.
Remove cone pos. 253 with brake piston pos. 254 and pressure spring pos. 503 from the
brake chamber (top part) pos. 125.
Unscrew and remove the brake chamber (top part) pos. 125 from the valve housing.
Unscrew the spindle guide pos. 212 from the brake chamber (top part) pos. 125. If
necessary replace the O-rings pos. 403/1 and 403/2 and lip-rings pos. 404.
Installation must be done in the reverse oder of the above instructions.
Types of oil:
Shell Arctic 32 with environment temperatures of up –20°C to +60°C
Shell Omala HD 220 with environment temperatures of up +20°C to +100°C
