Important Out of Warranty Repair Information:
Please be advised that out of warranty units may be determined to be “not repairable or replaceable” upon evaluation due to parts availability.
Before sending any products for repair, we recommend that you contact the service location for information regarding your specific model, out
of warranty service fees, and return shipping charges. UNAVI will not be held responsible for installation or shipping charges in accordance with
the service of out of warranty units.
To exchange or return an item purchased in our stores, please follow these guidelines:
All returned items must be in original, new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories, cables, etc. and must be received
by UNAVI within 10 days of the approved RMA date.
Exchange Period:
Exchange your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe below:
- Up to 180 days for all non-used UNAVI navigation products (equal or lesser value)
- Up to 60 days for all used and/or opened items (equal or lesser value)
- Up to 45 days for all accessory products (e.g. SD card, back-up camera)
Exchange Price:
- The retail price of the product does not include prices needed for any exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items:The following items cannot be returned:
- Labor, rental charges, delivery and/or installation services
- Items that have been damaged or abused- Items that are missing accessories, bracket, interface board and cables
- Items that have been etched or otherwise personalized
- Items that are “special ordered”
- Computer software, movies, music and video games that have been opened may be exchanged for the
identical item but may not be returned for a refund.
Original Invoice and Tax ID:
Send the original invoice (or sales receipt) for all exchanges, returns for price matches, and warranty repair services.
