You can drag down the
Status Bar
to see the progress of the installation. Once it’s finished installing tap
the
Home
button and then the
App Drawer
button, scroll through your apps to find the newly installed
Kindle app. When you find it, tap the icon and voila, you can now use your tablet as an eBook reader.
7. Transferring files from your PC
Before we connect the tablet to your PC we need to check a few settings. Starting from the home screen
tap on the
Settings
button,
Applications
, then
Development
. Check that the
USB Debugging
tick is green,
i.e. it’s enabled. If it’s not enabled, please tap it and wait for the tick to turn green. Note: You may be asked
for confirmation, just tap
Ok
.
