7.6.2.2 The test results are considered positive, and the Oil tester is
allowed for further operation, if:
a) no failure of the Oil tester was observed;
b) all LED indicators were "ON" and "OFF";
c) the blocking, preventing the supply of high voltage, triggered when
opening the test compartment lid;
d) when there is no cell or the test compartment lid is open, no high volt-
age was raised.
7.6.3 Checking the insulation resistance of power circuits with respect to
the case
7.6.3.1 To check the insulation resistance of power circuits with respect to
the case it is necessary to:
a) connect the power supply cable to a socket 220 V on the Rear panel
of the Oil tester;
b) disconnect the grounding wire from the Oil tester;
c) connect megaohmmeter M4100/3 to the clamp and to one of the
outputs of the power supply cable;
d) perform the insulation resistance measurement;
e) disconnect megaohmmeter M4100/3.
7.6.3.2 The result of checking the insulation resistance of power circuits
with respect to the case is considered positive if its value is not lower than that
specified in paragraph 2.
