Note:

If any switch options are selected care must be taken when removing and re-fitting the

motor. Make sure the thimble is rotated away from the central position. Otherwise the sensor flag
will interfere with the home sensor and prevent the motor from being removed or re-fitted and may
damage the switches.

How to remove the Drive Thimble

1.

Loosen the 3 x M3 Grub screws that retain the Thimble Cover.

2.

Remove the Thimble Cover and Bearing Spacer.

3.

Remove Thimble.

The thimble requires considerable force to decouple the magnets. Take

care not to damage the inner magnets.

4.

Remove Motor Flange Clamp M4 x Screws x 6.

5.

Remove Motor Flange Clamp.
