GAS CARTRIDGES
Store gas cartridges in a well-ventilated
location, protected from sunlight and
out of the reach of children.
Keep gas cartridges at a temperature of
below 40 °C at a safe distance from any
heat source.
This type of gas cartridge cannot be
refilled.
Use the lantern at a safe distance
from fammable surfaces.
Place it at a safe distance from any
ignition
source or naked fame when inserting
or
replacing the gas cartridge.
When replacing the gas cartridge,
always
check that the gasket near the regulator
connection is in place and in good
condition.
Dispose of empty gas cartridges safely.
They must not be punctured or burned.
They can explode and cause personal
injury.
Never remove a gas cartridge while the
lantern is in use.
Always check that burners are extin-
guished before disconnecting the gas
cartridge or gas cylinder.
When the outdoor temperature is low,
gas cartridges should be stored at room
temperature, e.g. in a shed. This allows
you to install a gas cartridge with the
correct pressure to use the lantern.
Avoid dropping or handling the gas
cartridge roughly!
Gas cartridges must be stored outdoors
in an upright position and out of the
reach of children.
Do not store gas cartridges near flames,
pilot lights or other ignition sources.
STORAGE
The lantern may only be stored indoors
if the gas canister has been removed
from the lantern. Store the lantern in
a dry location sheltered from the wind
and rain.
