Leviton warrants to the original consumer purchaser and not for the benefit of anyone else that this product at the time of its sale by Leviton is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

TO BE INSTALLED AND/OR USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROPRIATE ELECTRICAL CODES AND REGULATIONS.

USE THIS DEVICE WITH COPPER OR COPPER CLAD WIRE ONLY.
•
DO NOT USE WITH DIMMERS, MOTION ACTIVATED CONTROLS OR ILLUMINATED SWITCHES.

IMPORTANT: Follow these instructions exactly to maintain polarity of a correctly wired system. NOTE: Supply conductors must have minimum 90° C rating.

1. Remove bezel for mounting by turning counter clockwise until tick marks do not line up (Fig. 1).
NOTE: When mounting on 3-1/4" (8.25 cm) standard outlet box, use inner mounting holes on base of luminaire. When mounting on a 4" (10.16 cm) box, use outer
mounting holes on base of luminaire (Fig. 2). NOTE: Product incorporates 4 mounting holes to position for maximum coverage. Sensor should face entrance (Fig. 3).
2. Partially screw in two long mounting screws provided into outlet box.
3. Strip insulation off end of each circuit wire to expose 3/4" (1.9 cm) bare copper. If stranded wire is used, twist wire to prevent loose strands.
4. CONNECT WIRES AS FOLLOWS: BLACK luminaire lead to outlet box LINE (Hot), WHITE luminaire lead to outlet box NEUTRAL, GREEN luminaire lead to outlet box
GROUND.
5. Positioning - Mount luminaire to box with the occupancy sensor lens facing the entrance (Fig. 3). Mount the luminaire base on outlet box by placing over mounting screws
and rotating (clockwise for 4" box, counter clockwise for 3-1/4" box). Tighten mounting screws. If using power tools, ensure power tool is set to low impact.
6. Install bezel by pushing in and twisting clockwise until tick marks line up and it locks into place.
7. Restore power at circuit breaker or fuse. Installation is complete.
NOTE: LED Indicator is blinking ON/OFF when motion is detected. When no motion is detected, LED Indicator will stop blinking and luminaire will turn OFF
after three minutes.
