After the Control Box is installed, all plugs must be reconnected (9).  
  
I - Head Motor   

 

 

V - Total up/down Motor 

II - Back Motor   

 

 

VI - Foot Control 

III - Foot Motor   

 

 

VII - Hand Control 

IV - Shock Motor 

 

 

 
 

         

 

   
Pass the control box cable through from above (10), and secure it to the chassis floor with a cable clip (11).  
Then push the PVC cover back down, attach the battery, plug in the control box cable and attach the UC foot 
control. 
 
After changing the control box, the surgical chair must be adjusted to the reset position by pressing and 
holding the 

“Reset” button.  When the end position is reached an audible clicking sound should be heard.  

Now you can begin to use the chair again as usual.
