5.  Instructions for Use 

This surgical chair is equipped with five low voltage motors that provide smooth and comfortable positional 
adjustment.  Back, foot, seat, head and total height adjustments are easily controlled via the hand control or 
undercover foot control.  It is also possible to adjust the headrest manually lengthwise. 
Operating the 500 XLE with the undercover foot control facilitates easier maintenance of sterile working 
conditions.  The foot control is triggered into action by simply pushing one of its four buttons.  The foot 
control is detachable and must be securely put back into place before moving the chair.
