Use combination carpet & floor brush for vacuuming
both hard surfaces and carpets. To clean hard surfaces
– wooden floors, plastic floors, ceramic tiles etc. pull out
the brush by pressing the switch on the combination
brush according to the figure
. Retract the brush
when vacuuming carpets (set the switch in “

7
Grab the plug of the cord
(3)
, and pull it out of the
vacuum cleaner.
When pulling out the cord pay attention
to the yellow band which marks the end
of the cord. Any attempts to unwind the
cord further (especially forcefully pulling on it)
may lead to damaging it.
8
Put the plug of the cord in an electric socket.
Before turning the vacuum cleaner on, make sure the
“CYKLON” dust container is installed in the chamber
of the vacuum cleaner, and also the basic filter and the
outlet filter are installed in the vacuum cleaner.
9
Press the on/off button to start the vacuum cleaner.
10
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with an electronic
controller of suction power, which enables smooth
regulation of suction power of the vacuum cleaner.
Turn the dial up or down to respectively increase or
decrease suction power.
11
The vacuum cleaner is also equipped with
a mechanic suction power controller, which is situated
on the hose handle. You may use it to slightly regulate
the suction power without the need to use the dial.
Installing/deinstalling
the “CYKLON” dust container
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a removable
“CYKLON” dust container (which is a removable part of
the vacuum cleaner) responsible for collecting dirt. After
the “CYKLON” dust container is full, it has to be emptied.
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with
a safety valve situated in the chamber
of the vacuum cleaner. It opens up
automatically when the suction hose or any
elements attached to it are completely clogged
up, and when the “CYKLON” dust container is
overfilled. After the valve is open, you will hear
a characteristic fluttering in the vacuum cleaner.
1
Press the on/off button
(6)
to stop the vacuum
cleaner. Remove the plug of the cord from the socket.

2
Turn the end of the suction hose counter-clockwise,
and remove the end of the hose from the inlet of the
vacuum cleaner.
3
Release the fastening of the upper cover
(5)
, and
open it.
4
Remove the “CYKLON” dust container from the
vacuum cleaner. In order to do this hold the body of the
vacuum cleaner by one hand, grab the special handgrip
situated on the cover of the dust container by the other,
and by holding it like that gently remove the “CYKLON”
dust container out of the vacuum cleaner.
5
Pull the fastenings on the cover of the “CYKLON”
dust container aside, and remove the cover from the
container.
6
Move the “CYKLON” dust container over a dustbin,
and empty its contents.
After doing this, check the EPA E12
basic filter, and clean or replace it,
if necessary.
7
Place the cover of the “CYKLON” dust container on
the container in such a way that the fastening situated
in the front part of the cover is inserted into the
projection of the container. Press the back part of the
cover in such a way that the fastenings are shut tight
on the body of the container.
The “CYKLON” dust container has to be
shut tight. Otherwise, the suction power
of the vacuum cleaner is going to drop.
8
Place the emptied “CYKLON” dust container into
the chamber of the vacuum cleaner. Close the upper
cover of the vacuum cleaner by pressing it, until you
hear a characteristic “click.”
It is necessary to empty the “CYKLON” dust container,
if you notice that:
a) the vacuum cleaner works less efficiently,
b) the “CYKLON” dust container is full.
Deinstalling the filters
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with the “CYKLON”
dust container based on cyclone filtration, making it
possible to use the vacuum cleaner without a dust bag.
A cyclone filter uses air stream swirling to separate
solid dirt. Separation of dirt is done in an O-shaped
part of the container, where the swirling air casts away
dirt on the wall of the container, and then through
the hole into the adjacent chamber of the container.
