The manufacturer guarantees the device normal operation and its
warranty repair within 12 months from the date of manufacture or the
period specified in the contract, when installed by a representative of the
sales organization’s service department and observing by the consumer
the requirements and operating conditions specified in the operating
manual. In the absence of a mark or stamp of the sales organization on
the tear-off sale coupons, the warranty period is calculated from the date
of manufacture. During the warranty period the consumer is obliged to
maintain the device at its own expense. And in case of any comments
(deviations from the requirements of regulatory documents), it is entitled
to free repair or replacement of the device and the procedure of warranty
repair (maintenance) or warranty replacement of technically complex
household goods under the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dd.
February 7, 1992 No. 2300-I “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. Chest
Freezers should be stored in a package according to GOST 15150.
