Span Calibration, Linearity Calibration and Cal Test.
INITIAL CALIBRATION
When the balance is first installed, and when it is moved to
another location, it must be calibrated to ensure accurate
weighing results. The balance can be manually calibrated
with external masses. Have the appropriate calibration
masses available before beginning calibration.

ENABLING UNITS OF MEASURE
Enter the weighing units sub-menu in the main menu to
activate the desired units of measure. This menu can
also be accessed by pressing the unit symbol in an
application home screen.
UNITS SUBMENU
NOTE: Due to national laws, the balance may
not include some of the units of measure listed.
NOTE: Only H-5276 converts to mg.
NOTE: If Approved mode is on, some units will
not be displayed.
Use the Custom Unit to display weight in an alternative unit of measure.
The custom unit is defined using a conversion factor, where the conversion factor is the number of custom units per
gram expressed in scientific notation (Factor x 10^Exponent). The custom unit's name can be up to 3 characters.
For example:
To display weight in troy ounces (0.03215075 troy ounces per gram), enter a factor of 0.3215075 and
an exponent of -1.
