TytoCare Web Point of Care User Guide

Configure a video visit (point of care)

Configure a video visit (point of care)

From the point of care, you can:

Configure which devices to use for audio, video, and speakers

Turn off audio or video for a visit

View the video visit in full screen

Configure video and audio

1. Click the

Settings

button at the bottom of the screen to configure the audio and video

settings for the POC.

2. Click the arrows to change the selections for the camera, microphone, and speakers.

3. If required, click

Test

to test the speakers.

Turn off audio or video

While a video visit is in progress, you can mute the patient's microphone or turn off video using
the buttons at the bottom of the video window.

When the audio or video is turned off, the relevant button appears in gray, with a diagonal line
through the icon.
