Manual emptying of water
Repair and maintenance of the device may only be performed
by a qualified professional
To empty the water reservoir manually, proceed as follows:
1.
Cut off the power supply to the steam generator.
2.
Turn off the incoming water supply to the steam generat
or
if possible.
3. Open the front cover on the column as shown in Figs. 14-17.
4. Pull out the knob on the ball valve and turn it until the
indicator shows the open position. See Fig. 18.

3. Pull the knob straight out
4. Turn the knob to open/close the valve
5. Depress the knob to return to automatic mode

Replacement of faulty motorised ball valve
If the motorised ball valve is faulty and needs replacing,
see Fig. 19. Open the front cover of the column as shown
in Figs. 14-17.
