Chapter 2: Setting up

2.5

Rack mounting

Follow these instructions to mount the TA26 into an industry
standard 19-inch rack.

Note:

Before mounting the TA26 in a rack,

ensure that all internal components have
been installed and that the unit has been
fully tested. Maintenance can be performed
on the unit while in a rack but it is preferable
to install the device in a fully operational con-
dition.

1. Attach the mounting ears to the chassis of the TA26 as

shown.

2. Screw the narrow sliding rails to each side of the TA26

chassis as shown using nine screws on each side.
