Configuration Menu Options
Following are detailed descriptions of all available iThermostat features. Default settings have been
preprogrammed and should provide optimum energy saving performance. However, you may choose to
customize your configuration to further improve the performance. To access the Configuration Menu,
press the
SYSTEM
button one or more times to set the system to OFF. Simultaneously press and
to access the Configuration Menu. The display will show the first item in the Configuration Menu
which is MS2. To change a specific setting in each step, use the and keys. To move between
Configuration Menus, use the SYSTEM button.

HVAC System Type:
(Default Setting - MS2)
This control can be configured for Heat Pump or two stage heat/two stage cool multi-stage operation.
The display indicates "MS2" (default for multistage mode) in the display.
Options for this menu item include:

MS2 – Conventional two-stage system with oil or gas heating
o
SS1 – Conventional single stage system with oil or gas heating
o
HP2 – Heat Pump two-stage
