(2)出力設定変更時

  現在の出力電圧と設定値との差が 

(a)  0.1[V]以上の時 → 0.1[V] / 1.2 [秒] 

When the difference between current output voltage and set output voltage is 0.1 

V or over, the ramp speed of output voltage is 0.1 V / 1.2 sec. 

 

(b)  0.1[V]以下の時 → 出力電圧と設定値との差[V] / 1.2 [秒] 

When the difference between current output voltage and set output voltage is 0.1 

V or under, the output voltage reaches in 1.2 sec after changing set voltage. 

 

(3)出力電流制限時

 

When output current is limited 

 

0.2 V / 1.2 sec 

 

(4)運転を停止する時

 

Process for stop 

 

0.5 V / 0.15 sec 

 

5.8  排熱側温度上限  Warm side temperature limit 

排熱部サーミスタ接続端子(CN2)に排熱部サーミスタを接続す

ることにより、FPSC の排熱不良等の異常を検出します。

SW2 により、

冷却システムに合わせて排熱側温度の上限値を設定できます。排熱部

サーミスタの検知温度が設定値に達すると FPSC を停止させ、異常信号

を出力します。 

出荷時の設 定温度は 54℃(0010)です。この FPSC モジュ ール

(SC-UB04)の放熱条件で、FPSC の排熱部の温度が 65℃を超えないよ

うに設定されています。 

設定を変えると FPSC の排熱部の温度が 65℃を超え、故障することがありますので、設定は変えないで

ください。 

The PCB detects insufficient heat rejection for FPSC using connected warm side thermistor 

connected to CN2. Limitation of temperature can be set at a suitable value for the cooling 

system by SW2. When the detected temperature of warm side thermistor reaches the set 

temperature, the PCB stops FPSC and outputs emergency signal. 

Default setting value is 54 deg. C (0010). With this setting, warm side temperature will not 

go up to over 65 deg. C in the cooling condition of this FPSC Module (SC-UB04). Don’t change 

the setting to prevent internal damage of the FPSC Module. 

The limit value must be decided by DIP switch settings (shown below), to control the warm
