Assembly Instructions
Thank you for purchasing
the Tusk SubZero Plow System
.
An installation video is available on our website. Assembly instructions are not difficult but should be
followed precisely and in order. Two people and proper tools will make the assembly go smoothly.
Hardware:
Before starting, be sure all hardware is
accounted for as shown in figure 1.
Disassembly:
1. Remove stock or aftermarket skid plate (see fig. 2).
Mounting:
1. Hold the plow mount up into place to get an idea of
where all the mounting holes line up on the machine
(see fig. 3).
2. Now that you have seen where the plow
mount will be located, put the rear
rectangular mounting clamps up into place
on the machine where the rear mounting
holes of the plow mount will be located
(see fig. 4).
