4.0.0 Placing the unit
The unit is usually placed in the wall by a window. This position makes the most of the
coanda effect, which circulates fresh air well into the room. This gives the air longer to mix
with the existing air in the room, avoiding drafts. The location of the supply grille and
extraction provide optimum circulation in the room.
