4.7 Where to find the files stores on the mobile device?

4.8 Troubleshooting: treadmanager.net on smartphones and tablets

This menu item allows the HandHeld scanner to switch from DIRECT MODE
to NETWORK MODE. See section 4.1.2 for more information.

The data recorded by the application will be accessible through the file
system of the mobile device. Each vehicle will have its own folder with various
files stored.
The XML file stores all possible text inputs and the 3D scans. Folder location:
InternalStorage/Android/data/com.snapon.treadreader/files/TreadReader/
Scans

Google Chrome® or other browsers, may present a compatibility problem
when accessing

treadmanager.net

, exhibiting an error message.

Please, follow the instructions below in order to solve it.
On Google Chrome

1.  Click on CONFIGURATION
2.  Mark the box DESKTOP SITE to request a desktop version of the website.
3.  If necessary, refresh the browser.

NOTE: This process might change according to the browsers, but this feature
is available for major browser available for smartphones and tablets.
