LUBRICATION POINTS
Proceed to the lubrication and maintenance of the machine engine stopped and
ignition key removed.
LUBRICATION OF HAMMERS:
To access the rotor:
-Remove the two Nylstop locking nuts
-Open the evacuation shaft by making it pivot on
its two hinges.
-Clean the lubrication holes at the rear of
the hammers with a small screwdriver or
an air gun.
-Lubricate the 14 hammers
lubricant of type NLGI grade 3
compulsory
note: Do not grease excessively; ~2
pump shots per lubricator are sufficient.
Excessive lubrication would entail at the
rotor’s rotation, the centrifugation of
excess grease against the shaft’s inner
wall and deficient sliding of shredded
matter.)
