7. Troubleshooting
Problem

Windows does not
detect any new
device after
connecting the
camera.
The computers USB-port is not
working.
‘Delete the USB-port from the device
manager and reinstall it.
The computer
crashes when
using via USB.
USB port is sharing IRQ with
another device.
Remove the cards from your computer or
rearrange them. Consult your Windows
and/or PC manual for this.
Camera is not connected to a
USB-port
