• Clean or replace the disc.
• Check and adjust the guide alignment. (see page 11).
• Work with a new piece of wood that is not warped.
• Call your utility company.
• Adjust the stoppers in the angle control mechanism
(see page 11).
• Adjust the cutting disc to 90° off the table using a
set square and set the pointer in zero.
• Check and adjust the guide alignment (see page 11).

• Check and adjust the rivet knife alignment (see

• Replace the disc.

• Remove the disc and clean it with turpentine and steel
fiber.
