• The disc need cleaning or replacing.

• The disc is stuck with the work piece against the 

guide.

• The disc is stuck with warped wood.

• The stoppers in the angle control mechanism 

are not adjusted.

• The pointer in the tilting angle is not adjusted 

properly.

• The guide is not aligned properly.

• The disc is stuck with warped wood.

• The rivet knife is not aligned properly.

• Disc is mounted backwards.

• The disc has tar or resin.

• The disc is not the right one for the job.

• The control mechanisms are dirty.

• Connect the cable to the power supply.

• Replace the fuse or activate the circuit breaker.

• Replace the cable.

• Replace the extension cable or the wiring.

• Reduce the feeding speed.

• Clean or replace the disc.

• Check and adjust the guide alignment. (see page 11).

• Work with a new piece of wood that is not warped.

• Call your utility company.

• Adjust the stoppers in the angle control mechanism 

(see page 11).

• Adjust the cutting disc to 90° off the table using a 

set square and set the pointer in zero.

• Check and adjust the guide alignment (see page 11).

• Work with a new piece of wood that is not warped.

• Check and adjust the rivet knife alignment (see 

page 9).

• Replace the disc.

• Change the disc position.

• Remove the disc and clean it with turpentine and steel 

fiber.

• Replace the disc.

• Clean the table using turpentine and steel fiber.

• Replace the extension cable or the wiring with the 

right gauge.

• Call your utility company.

• Go to a certified electrician and connect correctly. 

(see page 10).

• Tighten the table screws.

• Set the equipment on flat and leveled ground.

• Replace the disc.

• Replace the bands.

• Adjust tension of the bands.

• Replace the pulley.

• Check and adjust the motor mounting.

• Tighten all the screws in the equipment.

• Brush or blow away the residues accumulated in 

the control mechanisms and lubricate with lithium 

white grease.
