Mounting
• Once the cutting guide is mounted, the guide rail can be set (

) using the four sets of butterfly screws and washers in
the front end of the work table.
• Set the rear rail (
B
) in the rear side of the work table and secure with two sets of bolts and washers.
• With the two rails in place, pass the longitudinal cutting guide (
C
) inside de cutting band and hook its stopper (
D
) with the
rear rail tab. Lower the longitudinal cut guide so that the brake mechanism (
E
) sits in the guide rail.
• To adjust the guide rail scale, travel the longitudinal cutting guide until making contact with the cutting band. Loosen
the screw (
F
) and travel the scale until the “zero” matches the peephole (
G
). Once the scale “zero” in the scale marches with
the cutting band trajectory, tighten the screw (
F
) again.

• Working with the saw may generate
dangerous dusts aside from sawdust and chips which
combined with an ignition source could catch fire or
generate explosions, injuries or allergy.
• The equipment is built with two dust extraction ports (
H
).
When in use, we recommend to connect the equipment to
an adequate dust collector.
