– Release the electrode cable (18) from the cable clip (19) and
pull through the opening in the support (5).

– Install the electrode cable (18) along the floor plate toward
the automatic ignitor (20).

– Bend back the 3 holders on the safety pilot valve (10) with a
screwdriver (SL) and remove the lid.

– Use a knife, saw or cutter to make an opening for the ca-
bles in the lid (11).

– Insert the micro switch (12) with connector cable (15) into
the safety pilot valve (10) so that the springs of the contact
point toward the swivel (the holding pin is integrated into
the case).

– Put the lid (1) back on again.

– The ground connection is made via the heat screen (17) of
the thermostat sensor.
– Drill hole with diameter of 2.1 mm.
– Place cable eye (16) for ground connection beneath the
screw (3 – B 2.9 x 6.5) and screw in.
– Push the insulation hose over the connector cable (15).

– Install the connector cable (15) along the floor plate toward
the automatic ignitor (20).
– Connect the electrode cable (18) and connector cable (15)
to the automatic ignitor (20) (the polarity is not important).
– Push the automatic ignitor (20) into the straps (21) of the
floor plate until it will go not any further.
– Clip the cables into the cable holder (22) so that the tension
is relieved.
– Place the battery (included in the delivery) into the auto-
matic ignitor (20) (see “Replacing batteries in the automatic
ignitor”).
– Insert the pressure rod (9) from above through the bush
of the support (5) and click into position in the safety pilot
valve (10).

– Replace the cover (4) onto the support (5) and click into po-
sition. Ensure that any cables (e.g. for the lights or a fan) are
installed without kinks and are not caught anywhere.
– Place the control knob (6 – gas) into the pressure rod so
that the marking points to “0”.

Suspend the cover (I) in the bottom bearing and pivot in (II)
until the lock audibly clicks into place. Check the tight fit by
pulling.
