Congratulations on your Troy Lee Designs Premium Protective gear
purchase. Please take a few minutes to read the following information
before using your Base Protective Shirts/Vest.
INTENDED USE: The primary intended protection offered by the Base
Protective Shirts/Vest is the prevention of minor abrasion through
mechanical action and relative motion between the user’s upper body
and off-road (unpaved) terrain during modest mountain-biking
(off-pavement cycling sport) activities. The Protective Shirts/Vest are
not intended for powered cycling or aggressive mountain biking—in-
cluding downhill, freeride, and dirt jump—where greater abrasion or
impact protection may be needed. Do not place gear in high heat and
extreme cold conditions, this will damage the product. The Protective
Shirts/Vest are not a toy and are not intended for users with a body
mass of less than 20 kg (45 lbs) or less than 14 years old.
PROPER FITTING: Measure around chest circumference near under arm;
it should fall into one of the size categories specified below:
