Checking the battery status
The battery status is displayed as follows by the three LEDs of
the battery level indication (

):
LED colour
Meaning
Green – Orange – Red
maximum charge / power
Orange – Red
medium charge / power
Red
weak charge – Recharge the
battery.

Tool change
The device is equipped with a tool holder with locking
mechanism for hexagon bits. Please proceed as follows to
remove or insert tools:
1. Set the switch for clockwise / counter-clockwise
rotation (

) to centre position (lock).
2. Push the locking mechanism at the tool holder (

) to the
front and hold it in place.
3. Remove the tool from the tool holder (

), if any.

4. Insert the desired tool in the tool holder (

).

Please note that when using short bits you first have to
insert the supplied bit extension (

) into the tool
holder (

). Then insert the short bit into the bit
extension (

).
5. Let go of the locking mechanism at the tool holder (

).
Info
When unscrewing screws or loosening nuts, note the
setting of the rotational direction! On the clockwise /
counter-clockwise rotation direction indicator (

) you
can see in which direction the screws or nuts will be
screwed.
