5. COMPUTER FUNCTIONS
FUNCTION LIMITS:
TIME (TMR) 00-99: 59 ODOMETER 0-9999KM or ML
SPEED (SPD) 0.0-99.9KM/H PULSE 40-240BPM
DISTANCE (DST) 0.00-999.9KM CALORIES (CAL) 0-9999KCAL
OPERATING KEYS:
MODE: This key allows you to select and lock on to a particular function.
SET: Allows you to choose a target value for TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, ODOMETER and PULSE.
RESET: Resets the value to zero.
OPERATING PROCEDURES:
1. AUTO ON / OFF:
• The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it receives an input from the speed sensor.
• The system turns off automatically when the speed sensor receives no signal input or no key is pressed for approximately
4 minutes.
2. RESET:
• The system can be reset by changing the batteries or pressing the RESET key for 3 seconds.
3. HOW TO PRESET TIME, DISTANCE, ODOMETER, PULSE & CALORIES:
• Press the MODE key until the function which is going to be preset is flashing.
• Press the MODE key once the function stops flashing.
• Set the value you want, for the selected function, using the SET key.
• As soon as the speed sensor receives any signal input, the monitor will begin to count down from the set value.
• The computer will beep for 10 seconds to indicate the completion of the preset workout. Press any key to stop the beeping.
• If data is not preset, all function data will count up from zero.
4. FUNCTIONS:
TIME: Press the MODE key until TMR appears. The window now displays the exercise time.
SPEED: Press the MODE key until SPD appears. The window now displays the current speed.
DISTANCE: Press the MODE key until DST appears. The window now displays the distance covered in the workout.
ODOMETER: Press the MODE key until ODO appears. The window now displays the total accumulated distance.
PULSE:
The Users’ current heart rate is displayed in beats per minute (BPM) by pressing the MODE key until
PULSE appears. Place the palms of both your hands on the contact pads and wait for 30 seconds for the most
accurate reading.
CALORIES: Press the MODE key until CAL appears. The window now displays the calories burned.
SCAN:
Automatically displays the following functions in the order shown:
TIME - SPEED - DISTANCE - ODOMETER - PULSE - CALORIES
BATTERY
This monitor uses two AA batteries. If the monitor displays incorrect data, please re-install the batteries and try again.
