Using Convenient Fax Functions > Forward Settings

Enter the end time, and press [OK].

File Format Setting

If you are sending the file as an E-mail attachment or transferring it to a folder (SMB or FTP), select PDF, TIFF, or XPS
as the file format.

Display the screen.

Press the [

System Menu/Counter

] key.

Press [

], [FAX], [

], [Forward Settings], and then [File Format].

Configure the function.

Select [PDF], [TIFF], or [XPS].

File Separation

When sending by e-mail transmission, folder (SMB) transmission, or folder (FTP) transmission, specify whether File
Separation is performed.

Display the screen.

Press the [

System Menu/Counter

] key.

Press [

], [FAX], [

], [Forward Settings], [

], and then [File Separation].

Configure the function.

Select [

Each Page

] or [Off].

To create one file per page, select [Each Page].

NOTE

Enter the time on the 24 hours system.
